Billing
During the reservation process, you will be required to provide your name, email, and phone number along with a credit card number to put on file. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we receive your reservation request, subject to availability.
Our chauffeurs cannot make reservations, verbal confirmations are void. Reservations are only valid if confirmed by our office staff via email. It is recommended that you make your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time. It is possible to make a last-minute reservation, however this depends on the availability of our vehicles and drivers.
You should carefully review your confirmation. In the event that you find any errors in the confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. We will route our drivers according to the information contained in the confirmation email, such as the pickup address and time.
Although you will be asked for your credit card information during the quoting process, your credit card will only be charged as soon as the reservation is made. Your reservation will be canceled if your credit card does not have sufficient funds available. Credit card information is not stored by us. All credit card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
Overages & Wait Times
Your vehicle will be dispatched according to the estimated arrival time of the flight. The client will be billed at the hourly rate if he or she is delayed at baggage claim exceeding the allotted thirty (30) minutes for domestic flights, 35 minutes for private FBOs, and 60 minutes for international flights. All private flights and commercial airline arrivals are monitored by our company.
From the time of landing, domestic flights have a 30-minute time allowance and international flights have a 60-minute time allowance. In the event of a scheduled pickup at the Seaport, there is a 30-minute time allowance, and for local address pickups, there is a 15-minute time allowance. There will be a $25 charge per 15 minutes after the time allowance. After 1.5 hours of waiting time, the ride reverts to the hourly rate.
If you can not locate your driver please call/contact us to avoid being billed as a No Show.
When booking a flat rate service, one 20-minute stop will be included. Any additional Stops of up to 20 minutes will cost $25. Anything exceeding the allotted time will automatically begin charges at the hourly rate.
Cleaning
Our company will charge the client additional fees to cover any expenses that are required to be expended on the vehicle during or after the transportation service due to the actions of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food, drinks, vomiting, smoking, excessive trash). The company will, at its discretion, charge the client additional fees to cover such expenses. The client will be charged in full for any damage to the vehicle caused by his or her actions or those of any passengers. Clean-up fees start at $250.
Damages
The passengers will be held responsible for any damages they cause during their trip.
Drugs & Alcohol
(2)(a) It is unlawful and punishable as provided in this section for any person to possess an open container of an alcoholic beverage or consume an alcoholic beverage while operating a vehicle in the state or while a passenger in or on a vehicle being operated in the state.
Lost Items
We will hold all lost items for up to 30 days. If the items are not claimed within 30 days said items will be discarded. If any items need to be recovered they can be recovered at the guest’s expense. Our drivers will make an effort to contact our guests right away once an item is found.
Passenger Behavior
We ask that you please respect our vehicles and our drivers as they are meant to keep you safe and we have the right to deny you any service if safety becomes a concern.
Smoking
Absolutely NO SMOKING
